Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, your main tasks will include:
- Accurately picking and packing goods in various temperature zones, from ambient to freezing (as low as -15 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Preparing pallets for outbound deliveries.
- Taking inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operating warehouse equipment according to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the motivation to work independently and meet productivity goals.
- Be able to switch tasks quickly.
- Be comfortable operating powered industrial equipment.
- Be flexible with shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Be able to lift and move cases of products weighing over 50 lbs. and reach heights greater than 10 inches frequently.
Training and Support
Lidl provides a thorough training and safety program to ensure you have the skills needed to succeed. All Warehouse Associates begin in the order picking role and may work in other departments as needed, such as Receiving, Returns, and Recycling.
